The june holidays started today '')

Maynot be true le, cos ppl are taking o lvl mt paper today ..

Hope u all did well la, oso dont worry if did not do well , still got another chance rit.. '')
Just work hard.

I forgot to turn off my phone alarm, so it woke me up at 6 am in the morning... must turn it off later...

Den i went to gym at 11, onli a few ppl there. my program for gyming is to warm up first by 1 km running, den weight lifting to train the arm , tricepts and bicepts.. after tat is the tummy and waist, den the back and the legs, and bicycle for 10 to 20 mins. The last one is to run another 1 km to '' cool down ''. haha ..

Total time for the whole thing will be around 2 to 2.5 hrs.

My legs are comparily weaker than arms, so i need to train more on it.. somemore i want my muscles to be built up evenly, not like those kind of ppl whos upper body are extremely fit but with tiny legs.. ''

Not nice, isn't it...

And i lost 0.58 kg of weight today !!!!!!!
haha but i think most of it are water.. '')
But i just did it for a week and i had totally lost 2kg+ weight '').

By the time holiday ends, i will not envy those muscular ppl with good body shapes anymore, cos myself will be one of them.. hahahaha '')
